Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
Financial year 2025/26 · Last updated June 2026 · Reviewed annually
HARVTECH LTD (“HarvTech”, “we”, “us”) is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings, and to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or our supply chain. This statement sets out the steps we take to understand and address that risk.
This statement is published voluntarily. HARVTECH LTD falls below the £36 million annual turnover threshold at which a statement is mandatory under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish it because we believe transparency and a clear stance against modern slavery are the right thing to do and reflect the standards our clients expect.
1. Our organisation
HARVTECH LTD is a UK technology and Azure platform engineering consultancy, registered in England & Wales under company number 13134225, with its registered office at 31 Wellington Street, Hertford, England, SG14 3AN. The business is currently operated by its sole director and engages a small number of professional and IT-related suppliers (such as software, cloud hosting and professional services) to support its work. Our operations are based entirely in the United Kingdom.
2. Our policies
Our commitment is reflected in the way we operate and in our related policies, including this statement, our ESG & Sustainability Statement and our Ethical Procurement & Supplier Code of Conduct. Together these set out our expectation that we, and everyone we work with, comply with all applicable laws and uphold human rights and fair labour standards. We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking in any form.
3. Our supply chain and due diligence
Our supply chain is small and concentrated in low-risk categories — predominantly UK and reputable international providers of software, cloud infrastructure, and professional services. Our due-diligence approach is proportionate to this profile and includes:
4. Risk assessment
We assess the risk of modern slavery within our own operations and direct supply chain to be low. This reflects our UK base, the professional and skilled nature of the services involved, and the established suppliers we use. We remain conscious that risk can exist deeper in any supply chain (for example in the manufacture of IT hardware) and we take this into account when making purchasing decisions.
5. Effectiveness and ongoing commitment
As we grow, we will keep our approach under review and strengthen it where appropriate — for example by formalising supplier checks and introducing simple internal awareness measures. We will report any concerns through appropriate channels and cooperate fully with clients’ and authorities’ enquiries.
6. Training and awareness
The director maintains awareness of modern slavery risks and indicators. As the business takes on staff or contractors, we will ensure they understand our zero-tolerance position and know how to raise concerns.
7. Approval
This statement has been approved by the director of HARVTECH LTD and will be reviewed and updated annually.
