Enquiry and contact data

When you email us or contact us via LinkedIn, we process your name, email address, organisation name (where provided), and the content of your message.

Legal basis: legitimate interests — to respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can help.

Engagement and contract data

If we enter a contract, we process contact details, project correspondence, invoicing information, and any other data necessary to deliver the agreed services.

Legal basis: contractual necessity.

Website visits

This website does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising. We do not collect or store any browsing data.

3. How long we keep your data

Enquiry data (no contract follows): 2 years from last contact
Contract correspondence and project materials: 7 years from end of engagement (HMRC requirement)
Invoices and financial records: 7 years from the relevant financial year end

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
